Overview
The
Cobra and CobraPLUS is a modular, lightweight and rugged single
earphone headset. It provides excellent voice intelligibility in a
wide range of noise environments, while the “off the ear” earphone
provides excellent ambient noise
awareness.
The Cobra has a choice of head attachments so
it is comfortable and offers the flexibility to adapt to a range of
operational requirements.
This easy to use, modular headset is ideally

Applications
In its simplest form, the earpiece and microphone
assembly with a headstrap, the Cobra has a low profile,
is very lightweight and very stable. This makes it comfortable
and practical for use in high tempo operations, in a variety of
terrains and climates. This includes being submersible up to 2
metres for 1 hour.
Various head fixings including the headstrap, headband ear
cushion kit and helmet clip enable it to be used with a wide range
of headgear from a steel helmet to CB hoods and paratroop
helmets.
The Cobra headset is designed for high reliability, to
